Kuzefukushouten

Niagara Blanc is Kuzefukushouten's most popular wine, made from 100% Niagara grapes grown in Hokkaido. These grapes are shipped directly to the winery from around October, where the sparkling juice is pressed while it is at its freshest. It is a sweet, easy-drinking wine with a good balance and moderate acidity. Uncork to enjoy the distinctively enchanting fragrance of the Niagara grape.
This umeshu plum wine is made from Fukui Prefecture's Benisashi plums, known for their aromatic flavor. Enjoy it as an aperitif or for dessert, straight or on the rocks, and in cocktails or with soda.
