Aquascutum meticulously crafts its men’s suits, collaborating with a renowned tailoring factory in Japan with over 40 years of history specializing in pattern design and sewing tailored to the unique ergonomics of the Japanese body shape. Additionally, the brand partners with fabric manufacturers from the Bishu region in western Aichi Prefecture, recognized as one of the world's top three wool fabric production areas.
The signature men's trench coat is made using AQUA5, an original Aquascutum fabric produced exclusively in Japan. It is known for its luxurious shine and water repellency achieved using supple, premium-grade Giza cotton and yarn-dyed chambray. These are meticulously sewn in a state-of-the-art Japanese factory, showcasing Aquascutum's distinct Japanese touch.
