Scotch Grain

Scotch Grain is a leather shoe manufacturer based in Sumida Ward, Tokyo, that is dedicated to Japanese craftsmanship.
Its Matrix Boots feature uppers made from leather produced by a Japanese tannery in Himeji City in Hyogo Prefecture. To efficiently transform lower-grade leather with scratches and other markings into high-quality products, every piece of leather is cut by hand as it is processed. No two boots are alike, each distinctive and artistic in its own way.
