Coin-operated strollers are available in the following places.
[Main Side] Next to Samantha Thavasa store, next to information center on the 1st floor, and near Anteprima store.
[Sea Side] Near P4 parking lot and next to Longchamp store.
Appropriate age: 4 months to 48 months.
How to use: Insert a 100JPY coin to release the stroller when you use coin-locked stroller, it will be refunded when you return the stroller.

• *Please return the stroller to same place where you borrowed.
• *Please note that occasionally all the strollers may be in use.

Wheelchair Rental

Can be borrowed free of charge at Information Center.Coin-operated wheelchairs are available in P4 Sea Side 1st floor. 100 JPY coin is required to use as a deposit.

Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome in all stores, restaurants and cafes.

You are allowed to bring your pets into Premium Outlets® and some stores.
Observing the below guidelines to pet etiquette will enable you and other visitors to enjoy shopping at Premium Outlets.

• Leave your pet with a responsible companion while you are shopping.
• The owner is responsible for collecting and disposing of pet waste.
• Do not tie up your pet at the entrance to stores.
• Keep your pet on a leash.
• Pets are allowed into some stores, please check with the store in advance.
• Service dogs are allowed to enter all stores.
