At these Tax-free stores, you can enjoy Tax-free shopping under the following conditions. Please present your passport to the cashier when you pay.

Need to purchase in one day at the same store. (excluding tax)
① General items (clothes, shoes, bags, etc.): 5,000JPY~unlimited
② Consumable items (food, cosmetics, etc.): 5,000JPY~500,000JPY
If one purchase including general items and consumable items: 5,000JPY~500,000JPY
Special packing required. Cannot be used in Japan, must be taken out of Japan within 30 days after purchase.

If your baggage is larger than a locker or all lockers are full, you can leave it at Information Center for 800JPY with some conditions.

Coin-operated strollers can be rent in the following places.

• ･The 1st floor of No.2 (P2) parking lot
• ･The 2nd floor of No.4 (P4) parking lot
• ･In front of Information Center
• ･On the street by Adidas / Adidas Golf
• ･On the passage by Miki House
• ･On the passage by Bagel & Bagel

Appropriate age: 4 months to 48 months.

How to use: Insert a 100JPY coin to release the stroller when you use coin-locked stroller, it will be refunded when you return the stroller.

• *Please return the stroller to same place where you borrowed.
• *Please note that occasionally all the strollers may be in use.

Parking

Equipped at designated areas.
Please follow our parking attendants’ instruction to the designated parking space.

Wheelchairs

Can be borrowed free of charge at Information Center.
Coin-operated wheelchairs are available next to the barrier-free parking area. 100JPY coin is required to use a deposit.

• *Please return the wheelchair to same place where you borrowed.
• *Please note that occasionally all the wheelchairs may be in use.

Restrooms

Multipurpose toilet is equipped at each restroom.

Restaurants and Cafes

All restaurants and cafes are wheelchair-accessible.

Guide Dogs and Service Dogs

Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome in all stores, restaurants and cafes.

First-Aid Stations and AED are equipped. If you need assistance, please inform the nearest staff or contact Information Center.

• *There are no doctor and nurse stationed.

Can be made at Mamanoreform with alteration charge.

Accepted at Mamanoreform.

• *Items can be delivered only to addresses within Japan.

You are allowed to bring your pets into Premium Outlets® and some stores.
Observing the below guidelines to pet etiquette will enable you and other visitors to enjoy shopping at Premium Outlets.

• Do not allow your pet to cause injury to other visitors (especially children).
• Leave your pet with a responsible companion while you are shopping.
• The owner is responsible for collecting and disposing of pet waste.
• Do not tie up your pet at the entrance to stores.
• Keep your pet on a leash.
• Pets are allowed into some stores, please check with the store in advance.
• Service dogs are allowed to enter all stores.
• When shopping inside the stores with your pet, please carry them in a pet cart or bag, and do not expose their face and body.

Only permitted in the designated smoking areas where ash trays are provided. Please do not smoke while walking around Premium Outlets.
