Welcome Center provides, tourist information, 2 “iPadAir2” available (English, Chinese, Not to be rented), Free Wi-Fi service and automated foreign currency exchanger(exchange to JPY only)

At these Tax-free stores, if you meet the below conditions, you can shop Tax-free.
Please show your passport to the cashier when you shop.

The total purchase amount for general items (clothes, shoes, bags, etc) and consumable items (food, cosmetics, etc) purchased in one day at the same store must be between 5,000 JPY and 500,000 JPY. (excluding tax)
Whether or not general items and consumable items can be combined for a tax refund depends on the store. Please ask to the store staff if the store offers it.

• *Hot water for formula and microwave are available in the room.Please ask details to the staff at Information Center.

Available in each of restrooms and nursing rooms.

First-Aid Stations and AED are equipped. If you need assistance, please inform the nearest staff or contact Information Center.

Can be borrowed free of charge at Information Center, and strollers with coin-operated are available in some areas.

Appropriate age: up to 3 years old.
Deposit:
1,000JPY is required at Information Center, but it will be refunded when you return the stroller.
Insert a 100JPY coin to release the stroller when you use coin-locked storoller.

• *Please return the stroller to same place where you borrowed.
• *Please note that occasionally all the strollers may be in use.

Parking Facilities

Equipped at designated areas.
Our parking attendants will assist those who may need it.

Wheelchair Rental

Can be borrowed free of charge at Information Center.
Coin-operated wheelchairs are also available at some areas. 100 JPY coin is required to use as a deposit.

• *Please note that occasionally all the wheelchairs may be in use.

Toilets

Multipurpose toilet is equipped at each restroom.

Slopes

All streets have slopes for wheelchairs.

Restaurants and Cafes

All restaurants and cafes are wheelchair-accessible.

Guide Dogs and Service Dogs

Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome in all stores, restaurants and cafes.

Can be made at Mom's Reform with alteration charge.

Accepted at Mom's Reform.

• *Items can be delivered only to addresses within Japan.

You are allowed to bring pets into Premium Outlets, but entry to stores (with one exception) is not permitted.
Please keep in mind that other visitors may dislike or be allergic to animals, and please observe the following guidelines.

• Do not allow your pet to cause injury to other visitors (especially children).
• Fierce dogs are not allowed.
• Leave your pet with a responsible companion while you are shopping.
• The owner is responsible for collecting and disposing of pet waste.
• Do not tie up your pet at the entrance to stores.
• Keep your pet on a leash.
• Observing the above guidelines to pet etiquette will enable you and other visitors to enjoy shopping at Premium Outlets.
• Pets are not allowed into the stores, with the exception of Dog Dept.

Only permitted in the designated smoking areas where ash trays are provided. Please do not smoke while walking around Premium Outlets.
