Information Center

The Information Center is located near Coach.
The Information Center provides various information to visitors. Stroller rental and wheelchair rental are also available. Disposable diapers and disposable cameras can be purchased from the vending machines next to the Information Center.

Stroller Rental

Strollers can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center.
A deposit of 1,000yen is required, but this will be refunded when you return the stroller.

Appropriate age
Age 1 month to approx. 3 years (up to 100cm tall)
Type A strollers and 3-wheel buggies are available.

  • To ensure safe use of the strollers, there are restrictions on height as well as age.
  • Please return the stroller to the same Information Center where you borrowed it.
  • No advance reservations. Please note that occasionally all the strollers may be in use.

Wheelchair Rental

Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center. (A total of 5 wheelchairs are available.)

  • You will be asked to provide some form of identification.
  • No advance reservations.
  • Please note that at busy times all the wheelchairs may be in use.

ATM

ATMs are installed next to the Information Center.

[Post Office Savings]

  • Sundays and holidays 10:00 - 19:00

Cirrus, Plus and Citibank cards are also accepted.

Lockers

Lockers are available next to the Information Center

  • 4 large lockers(height 80cm / width 35cm / depth 48cm) 400yen
  • 12 medium lockers(height 53cm / width 35cm / depth 42cm) 300yen
  • 10 small lockers(height 30cm / width 35cm / depth 42cm) 200yen

Baby Room

Baby Rooms are located next to Edwin in sector 1435 (entry permitted to mothers and fathers; disposable diapers are available from a vending machine) and in the Information Center (mothers and babies only). Each room is equipped with a microwave and sink with hot water for milk formula.

Tailoring

Alterations can be performed for a charge at Mom's Reform located opposite the Information Center.

Delivery Service

A delivery service is available at Mom’s Reform. Delivery is only available within Japan.

Taxis are available from No.1 Car Parking (P1).

Baby Changing Facilities

Baby changing facilities are available in each of the eleven restrooms and in the two Baby Rooms.

Public Telephones

Located at the back of the Information Center.

  • ※International calls cannnot be made.

Bus

A bus service operates from JR Tobu Sano Station. (Fare: 200yen one-way) Click here for information.

Communication Center

Located at the entrance to the Food Court, the Communication Center provides information on local industries in the Sano area.

First-aid Station

Located at the back of the Information Center.

Amusement Facilities

Disabled parking facilities are available in No.1 Car Parking (P1). Our parking attendants will be happy to assist you with priority entry.

Guide Dogs and Service Dogs

Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome in all stores, restaurants and cafes.

To Pet Owners

You are allowed to bring pets into the shopping center, but entry to stores (with some exceptions) is not permitted.
Please keep in mind that other visitors may dislike or be allergic to animals, and please observe the following guidelines.

  • Do not allow your pet to cause injury to other visitors (especially children).
  • Fierce dogs are not allowed.
  • Leave your pet with a responsible companion while you are shopping.
  • Pets are not allowed into the stores, with the exception of the Dog Dept store and As know As.
  • The owner is responsible for collecting and disposing of pet waste.
  • Do not tie up your pet at the entrance to stores.
  • Keep your pet on a leash.

Observing the above guidelines to pet etiquette will enable you and other visitors to enjoy shopping at Premium Outlets.

Smoking

Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas where ash trays are provided. Please do not smoke while walking around the shopping center.
