INFORMATION CENTER

Located next to the Gap on Main Side 1st floor. Click here to view location.
The Information Center provides various information to visitors. Stroller rental, wheelchair rental and umbrella rental are also available.

STROLLER RENTAL

Strollers can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center.
A deposit of 1,000yen is required, but this will be refunded when you return the stroller.

Appropriate age
Age 1 month to approx. 3 years (up to 100cm tall)
Type A strollers and 3-wheel buggies are available.

To ensure safe use of the strollers, there are restrictions on height as well as age.
Please return the stroller to the same Information Center where you borrowed it.
No advance reservations. Please note that occasionally all the strollers may be in use.

WHIEELCHAIR RENTAL

Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center.
(A total of 5 wheelchairs are available.)

No advance reservations.
Please note that at busy times all the wheelchairs may be in use.

If your bag does not fit into the locker or if there are no empty lockers, you can leave it at the Information Center next to the Gap on the 1st floor. The charge is the same as for large lockers (800 yen per item). Baggage must be collected before the Information Center closes.

Located inside the ladies' restrooms behind Dolce & Gabbana and in the ladies' restrooms in the Food Court.

Located next to the Burberry.

DIAPER CHANGING FACILITIES

Diaper changing facilities are available in each of the 16 restrooms and in the Baby Rooms.

TAILORING

Accepted at "Mom's Reform", located next to Anna Sui on the 1st floor
Any clothing which is not bought in Rinku Premium Outlets® is accepted for alternation.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Accepted at "Mom's Reform", located next to Anna Sui on the 1st floor. Items can be delivered only to addresses within Japan.

SHUTTLE BUS

A shuttle bus service operates between Kansai International Airport and Rinku Premium Outlets. (Fare: 100yen)

There are a first-aid stations next to the administration office, and in the Information Center.

BARRIER-FREE ENVIRONMENT

Parking Facilities

Disabled parking facilities are located near the main building. Our parking attendants will be happy to assist you with priority entry.

Wheelchair Rental

Wheelchairs can be borrowed from the Information Center. (5 wheelchairs are available free of charge.)

Toilets

Toilet facilities for disabled visitors are available at each of the 8 restrooms.
For Ostomates is located behind Dolce & Gabbana on Main Side 1st floor,and next to the Free’s Mart on Sea Side 1st floor.

Passageways

Passageways are wide enough for wheelchair users. Elevators are also provided.

Restaurants and Cafes

All restaurants and cafes are wheelchair-accessible.

Guide Dogs and Service Dogs

Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome in all stores, restaurants and cafes.

TO PET OWNERS

You are allowed to bring pets into the shopping center, but entry to stores (with some exceptions) is not permitted.
Please keep in mind that other visitors may dislike or be allergic to animals, and please observe the following guidelines.

Do not allow your pet to cause injury to other visitors (especially children).
Fierce dogs are not allowed.
Leave your pet with a responsible companion while you are shopping.
Pets are not allowed into the stores, with the exception of the Dog Dept store and As Know As.
The owner is responsible for collecting and disposing of pet waste.
Do not tie up your pet at the entrance to stores.
Keep your pet on a leash.

Observing the above guidelines to pet etiquette will enable you and other visitors to enjoy shopping at Premium Outlets.
