through a dedicated chat service.
- *Currently implemented only at Gotemba, Rinku, Toki, Sendai-Izumi and Shisui.

How to use

STEP 01
Click the button above to go to the Facility List page and select the facility where you left your items.

STEP 02
After selecting a facility, On the screen that appears, click on register your email address for authentication.
- *Language can be selected from a dropdown menu.

STEP 03
A message is sent to the email address you veryfied.

STEP 04
The chat page is accessed through the link provided in the message.

STEP 05
Enter the lost item information and communicate with a dedicated operator via chat.
