The Information Center provides various information to visitors. Stroller rental, wheelchair rental are also available.

Strollers can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center.
A deposit of 1,000yen is required, but this will be refunded when you return the stroller.

Appropriate age
Age 1 month to approx. 3 years (up to 100cm tall)
Type A strollers and 3-wheel buggies are available.

• To ensure safe use of the strollers, there are restrictions on height as well as age.
• Please return the stroller to the same Information Center where you borrowed it.
• No advance reservations. Please note that occasionally all the strollers may be in use.

Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center.

• You will be asked to provide some form of identification.
• No advance reservations.
• Please note that at busy times all the wheelchairs may be in use.
• * Wheelchairs are also available from opposite the elevator on the first floor of P4 Car Parking.
• * A ¥100-coin is required. This will be refunded when you return the wheelchair. (Three wheelchairs are available.)

Lockers are available in the Food Court.

• 12 medium lockers(height 50cm / width 35cm / depth 42cm) 300yen
• 20 small lockers(height 30cm / width 35cm / depth 42cm)200yen

The largest available lockers measure 80cm high x 35.5cm wide x 48cm deep. If your bag does not fit into the locker or if there are no empty lockers, you can leave it at the Information Center next to the Food Court.
Baggage must be collected before closing time.

Baby Rooms are located in the Information Center and on the left of Premium Event Space. Hot water and baby food warming service are available.

*The baby room in the Information is for use by mothers only; the another one may also be used by fathers.

Alterations can be performed for a charge at Mom’s Reform located near G-Shock.

A delivery service is available at Mom’s Reform located near G-Shock.
Delivery is only available with in Japan.

These are located inside the Food Court. Sanitary items, disposable diapers, vinyl umbrellas etc., may be purchased.

Baby changing facilities are available in each of the five restrooms and in the Baby Rooms.

Public telephones are available in the Food Court.

A bus service operates from JR Tosu Station, JR Yayoigaoka Station, JR Shin-Tosu Station and Nishitetsu Ogori Station.
A highway bus operates from Nishitetsu Tenjin Bus Center on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Parking Facilities

Disabled parking facilities are available in No.4 and No.5 Car Parking.
Our parking attendants will be happy to assist you with priority entry.

Toilet facilities for disabled visitors are provided at four restrooms.

Slopes

All passageways have slopes for wheelchairs.

Restaurants and Cafes

All restaurants and cafes are wheelchair-accessible.

Guide Dogs and Service Dogs

Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome in all stores, restaurants and cafes.

You are allowed to bring pets into the shopping center, but entry to stores (with one exception) is not permitted.
Please keep in mind that other visitors may dislike or be allergic to animals, and please observe the following guidelines.

• Do not allow your pet to cause injury to other visitors (especially children).
• Fierce dogs are not allowed.
• Leave your pet with a responsible companion while you are shopping.
• Pets are not allowed into the stores, with the exception of the Dog Dept store.
• The owner is responsible for collecting and disposing of pet waste.
• Do not tie up your pet at the entrance to stores.
• Keep your pet on a leash.

Observing the above guidelines to pet etiquette will enable you and other visitors to enjoy shopping at Premium Outlets.
