The Information Center is located next to the Food Court. Click here to view location.
The Information Center provides various information to visitors. Stroller rental, wheelchair rental and umbrella rental are also available.
Strollers, wheelchairs and umbrellas must be returned by 19:30.
Strollers can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center.
A deposit of 1,000yen is required, but this will be refunded when you return the stroller.
You will be asked to provide some form of identification when borrowing a stroller.

- b) 22 buggies (up to age 3)
- No advance reservations.
- Please note that at busy times all the strollers may be in use.
- Please return the stroller or buggy to the Information Center 30 minutes before closing time.

Lockers are available next to the Information Center.

The largest available lockers measure 50.5cm high x 35cm wide x 42cm deep.
Baby Rooms are located in the Information Center. Each room is equipped with hot water and a microwave.
Alterations can be performed for a charge at Mom's Reform.
A delivery service is available at Mom’s Reform located next to the Information Center in the West Zone or East. Delivery is only available within Japan.
Automatic vending machines selling sanitary towels, disposable cameras, disposable diapers, pantyhose, etc. are installed by the restrooms in the Food Court.

Taxis are available from beside No.1 Car Parking.
Baby changing facilities are available in each of the three men's and ladies’ restrooms and in the Baby Room.
Public telephones are available by the restrooms in the Food Court.
A bus service operates from Toki Station on the JR Chuo Line. Click here for information.
Located in the Food Court, the Communication Center provides information on local industries and tourist attractions in the Toki area.
If you are unwell or hurt, please inform the nearest attendant or contact the Information Center. We will be happy to assist you.
Barrier-free Environment
Disabled parking facilities are available in No.1 Car Parking (P1).
Our parking attendants will be happy to assist you with priority entry.
Wheelchairs can be loaned from the Information Center. (3 wheelchairs are available free of charge.)
Toilet facilities for disabled visitors are provided at each of the six restrooms.
*An ostomate toilet is provided at the restrooms in the Food Court.
All passageways have slopes for wheelchairs.
All restaurants and cafes are wheelchair-accessible.
Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome in all stores, restaurants and cafes.
To Pet Owners
You are allowed to bring pets into the shopping center, but entry to stores (with one exception) is not permitted.
Please keep in mind that other visitors may dislike or be allergic to animals, and please observe the following guidelines.
- Do not allow your pet to cause injury to other visitors (especially children).
- Fierce dogs are not allowed.
- Leave your pet with a responsible companion while you are shopping.
- Pets are not allowed into the stores, with the exception of the Dog Dept store.
- The owner is responsible for collecting and disposing of pet waste.
- Do not tie up your pet at the entrance to stores.
- Keep your pet on a leash.
Observing the above guidelines to pet etiquette will enable you and other visitors to enjoy shopping at Premium Outlets.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas where ash trays are provided. Please do not smoke while walking around the shopping center.
