The Information Center is located on the ground floor near the main entrance. Click here to view location.
The Information Center provides various information and answers visitors' queries. Stroller rental and wheelchair rental are also available.
Strollers can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center.
A deposit of 1,000 yen is required, but this will be refunded upon return of the stroller. You will be asked to provide some form of identification.
Strollers must be returned to the Information Center by 7:30pm.
- 30 type A strollers(age 1 month to 24 months) *Suitable for very young children.
- 30 type B strollers(age up to 36 months)
- No advance reservations.
- Please note that at busy times all the strollers may be in use.
- The time that the stroller must be returned may vary depending on the closing time of the shopping center. Please check at the Information Center.
Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center. You will be asked to provide some form of identification. A total of 5 wheelchairs are available.
- No advance reservations.
- Please note that at busy times all the wheelchairs may be in use.
ATMs are located in the Service Room on the second floor.

Lockers are available in the Service Room on the second floor.
- 6 large lockers (51.2cm high x 36cm wide x 43cm deep) 400 yen
- 8 medium lockers (37.7cm high x 36cm wide x 43cm deep) 300 yen
- 10 small lockers (29.7cm high x 36cm wide x 43cm deep) 200 yen
- * Lockers can be used between 9:30am and 8:00pm.
The Baby Room is located on the second floor. It is equipped with hot water and a microwave.
Alterations can be performed for a charge at Mom's Reform.
Delivery service is available for a charge at Mom's Reform.
Delivery is only available within Japan.
Automatic vending machines selling sanitary items, batteries, etc. are provided at various locations around the shopping center and car parks.

Taxis are available from in front of Sendai Royal Park Hotel.
Baby changing facilities are available in each of the six restrooms and in the Baby Room.
Public telephones are located in the Information Center.
Buses operate from Sendai Station and from Izumi Chuo Subway Station. Click here for information.
If you are unwell or injured, please inform the nearest attendant or contact the Information Center. We will be happy to assist you.
Parking Facilities
Disabled parking facilities are available in No.3 Car Park(P3).
Our parking attendants will be happy to assist you with priority entry.
Wheelchair Rental
Wheelchairs can be borrowed from the Information Center.(5 wheelchairs are available free of charge.)
Toilets
Two multipurpose toilets are provided at each of the six restrooms.
Slopes
All passageways have slopes for wheelchairs.
Guide Dogs and Service Dogs
Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome in all stores, restaurants and cafes.
You are allowed to bring pets into the shopping center, but entry to stores (with some exceptions) is not permitted.
Please keep in mind that other visitors may dislike or be allergic to animals, and please observe the following guidelines.
- Do not allow your pet to cause injury to other visitors (especially children).
- Fierce dogs are not allowed.
- Leave your pet with a responsible companion while you are shopping.
- Pets are not allowed into the stores, with the exception of the Dog Dept store and As know As.
- The owner is responsible for collecting and disposing of pet waste.
- Do not tie up your pet at the entrance to stores.
- Keep your pet on a leash.
Observing the above guidelines to pet etiquette will enable you and other visitors to enjoy shopping at Premium Outlets.
Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas, such as the smoking section in the Service Room on the second floor, where ashtrays are provided. Visitors are requested to refrain from smoking while walking around the shopping center.
