The Information Center provides various information to visitors. Stroller rental, wheelchair rental and umbrella rental are also available.

Strollers can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center. (A total of 70 strollers are available.)
A deposit of 1,000yen is required, but this will be refunded when you return the stroller.

• You will be asked to provide some form of identification.
• Please return the stroller to the same Information Center where you borrowed it.

In the Information Center on the first floor

Next to the Samantha Thavasa on the first floor

Next to the central restrooms on the second floor

The largest available lockers measure 83cm high x 37cm wide x 55cm deep. If your bag does not fit into the locker or if there are no empty lockers, you can leave it at the Information Center near Renoma Paris on the first floor. The charge is the same as for large lockers (400 yen per item). Baggage must be collected before the Information Center closes.

Baby Rooms are located in the ladies’ restrooms near Dolce & Gabbana on the first floor and in the Food Court.

Alterations can be performed for a charge at Mom's Reform located next to Mitsumine on the second floor.
Any clothe which is not bought in Rinku Premium Outlets is accepted for alternation.

Delivery service is available for a charge at Mom's Reform.
Delivery is only available within Japan.

Baby changing facilities are available in each of the twelve restrooms and in the Baby Rooms.

Public telephones are available in the Food Court.

A shuttle bus service operates between Kansai International Airport, Rinku Premium Outlets and Aeon. (Fare: 100yen)

Disabled parking facilities are located near the main building. Our parking attendants will be happy to assist you with priority entry.

Toilet facilities for disabled visitors are available at each of the six restrooms.

Passageways

Passageways are wide enough for wheelchair users. Elevators are also provided.

Restaurants and Cafes

All restaurants and cafes are wheelchair-accessible.

Guide Dogs and Service Dogs

Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome in all stores, restaurants and cafes.

You are allowed to bring pets into the shopping center, but entry to stores (with some exceptions) is not permitted.
Please keep in mind that other visitors may dislike or be allergic to animals, and please observe the following guidelines.

• Do not allow your pet to cause injury to other visitors (especially children).
• Fierce dogs are not allowed.
• Leave your pet with a responsible companion while you are shopping.
• Pets are not allowed into the stores, with the exception of the Dog Dept store and As know As.
• The owner is responsible for collecting and disposing of pet waste.
• Do not tie up your pet at the entrance to stores.
• Keep your pet on a leash.

Observing the above guidelines to pet etiquette will enable you and other visitors to enjoy shopping at Premium Outlets.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas where ash trays are provided. Please do not smoke while walking around the shopping center.
