There are two Information Centers, one next to United Arrows in the West Zone, and the other near Banana Republic in the East Zone.
The Information Center provides various information to visitors. Stroller rental and wheelchair rental are also available.
Strollers can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center in the West Zone or East Zone. (A total of 40 strollers are available.) A deposit of 1,000yen is required, but this will be refunded when you return the stroller. Loss or damage of the stroller may incur payment of the cost of repair or replacement.

Baby Rooms are located in the Information Center in the East Zone and in front of St. Cousair in the West Zone. Each room is equipped with hot water and a microwave.

Alterations can be performed for a charge at Momfs Reform located next to the Information Center in the East Zone and next to Gap in the West Zone.
A delivery service is available at Momfs Reform located next to the Information Center in the East Zone and next to Gap in the West Zone. Delivery is only available within Japan.
Taxis are available from the bus rotary in the West Zone.
Baby changing facilities are available in each of the five restrooms and in the Baby Rooms in the West Zone and East Zone.
Public telephones are available in four locations in the shopping center. (All telephones accept prepaid telephone cards.)
A telephone calling card is required for international calls. (Pre-paid cards may be purchased at the West Zone Information Center)

Toilet facilities for disabled visitors are provided at each of the five menfs and ladiesf restrooms together with a multipurpose toilet next to the Food Bazaar.

Guide Dogs and Service Dogs
Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome in all stores, restaurants and cafes.
You are allowed to bring pets into the shopping center, but entry to stores (with one exception) is not permitted.
Please keep in mind that other visitors may dislike or be allergic to animals, and please observe the following guidelines.
- Do not allow your pet to cause injury to other visitors (especially children).
- Fierce dogs are not allowed.
- Leave your pet with a responsible companion while you are shopping.
- Pets are not allowed into the stores, with the exception of the Dog Dept store.
- The owner is responsible for collecting and disposing of pet waste.
- Do not tie up your pet at the entrance to stores.
- Keep your pet on a leash.
Observing the above guidelines to pet etiquette will enable you and other visitors to enjoy shopping at Premium Outlets.
Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas where ash trays are provided. Please do not smoke while walking around the shopping center.
