Information Center

There are two Information Centers, one next to United Arrows in the West Zone, and the other near Banana Republic in the East Zone.

The Information Center provides various information to visitors. Stroller rental and wheelchair rental are also available.

Stroller Rental

Strollers can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center in the West Zone or East Zone. A deposit of 1,000yen is required, but this will be refunded when you return the stroller.

Appropriate age
Age 1 month to approx. 3 years (up to 100cm tall)
Type A strollers and 3-wheel buggies are available.

  • To ensure safe use of the strollers, there are restrictions on height as well as age.
  • Please return the stroller to the same Information Center where you borrowed it.
  • No advance reservations. Please note that occasionally all the strollers may be in use.

Wheelchair Rental

Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center in the West Zone or East Zone. (A total of 14 wheelchairs are available.)

  • You will be asked to provide some form of identification.
  • No advance reservations.
  • Please note that at busy times all the wheelchairs may be in use.

ATMs are installed in four locations in the shopping center.

Lockers

Lockers are available in two locations in the shopping center.

Next to Momfs Reform

  • 20 large lockers (height 80cm / width 35.5cm / depth 50cm) / 400 yen
  • 6 medium lockers (height 80cm / width 23cm / depth 50cm / 300 yen
  • 12 medium lockers (height 53cm / width 35.5cm / depth 42cm / 300 yen
  • 30 small lockers (height 31.5cm / width 35.5cm / depth 42cm) / 200 yen

Next to the East Zone Information Center

  • 18 medium lockers (height 53cm / width 35.5cm / depth 42cm) / 300 yen
  • 20 small lockers (height 31.5cm / width 35.5cm / depth 42cm) / 200 yen

Baby Room

Baby Rooms are located in the Information Center in the East Zone and in front of St. Cousair in the West Zone. Each room is equipped with hot water and a microwave.

*Rooms may be used by mothers and babies only.

Tailoring

Alterations can be performed for a charge at Momfs Reform located next to the Information Center in the East Zone and next to Gap in the West Zone.

Delivery Service

A delivery service is available at Momfs Reform located next to the Information Center in the East Zone and next to Gap in the West Zone. Delivery is only available within Japan.

Taxis

Taxis are available from the bus rotary in the West Zone.

Baby Changing Facilities

Baby changing facilities are available in each of the five restrooms and in the Baby Rooms in the West Zone and East Zone.

Public Telephones

Public telephones are available in four locations in the shopping center. (All telephones accept prepaid telephone cards.)
A telephone calling card is required for international calls. (Pre-paid cards may be purchased at the West Zone Information Center)

West Zone:

  • Next to the restrooms opposite Premium Event Space
  • In the Information Center

East Zone:

  • Next to the Food Bazaar restrooms
  • Next to the Information Center

Shuttle Bus

A free shuttle bus service operates from JR Gotemba Station and Gotemba Interchange on the Tomei Expressway.

Communication Corner

Located at the entrance to the East Zone Food Bazaar, the Communication Corner provides information on local industries and tourist attractions in the Gotemba area.

First-aid Station

*Internal medicines are not available.

There are two first-aid stations.

West Zone: In the Information Center

East Zone: In the Information Center

Amusement Facilities

Take a ride on the Ferris wheel (50 meters high) or visit Kids Land.

Parking Facilities

Disabled parking facilities are available in No.2 & No.7 Car Parking (P2 & P7).

Our parking attendants will be happy to assist you with priority entry.

Wheelchair Rental

Wheelchairs can be loaned from the Information Center. (14 wheelchairs are available free of charge.)

Toilets

Toilet facilities for disabled visitors are provided at each of the five menfs and ladiesf restrooms together with a multipurpose toilet next to the Food Bazaar.

Slopes

All passageways have slopes for wheelchairs.

Restaurants and Cafes

All restaurants and cafes are wheelchair-accessible.

The Food Bazaar welcomes groups of wheelchair users. For more information, contact the Food Bazaar.

Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome in all stores, restaurants and cafes.

To Pet Owners

You are allowed to bring pets into the shopping center, but entry to stores (with one exception) is not permitted.
Please keep in mind that other visitors may dislike or be allergic to animals, and please observe the following guidelines.

  • Do not allow your pet to cause injury to other visitors (especially children).
  • Fierce dogs are not allowed.
  • Leave your pet with a responsible companion while you are shopping.
  • Pets are not allowed into the stores, with the exception of the Dog Dept store.
  • The owner is responsible for collecting and disposing of pet waste.
  • Do not tie up your pet at the entrance to stores.
  • Keep your pet on a leash.

Observing the above guidelines to pet etiquette will enable you and other visitors to enjoy shopping at Premium Outlets.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas where ash trays are provided. Please do not smoke while walking around the shopping center.
