Premium Outlets are outlet shopping centers that were developed in the US.
The centers offer a new style of shopping that was originated in the US, where every store is an outlet of an internationally known brand. Premium Outlets are places where visitors can enjoy shopping at leisure all day in exotic, out-of the-ordinary surroundings.

To enable visitors to enjoy shopping, Gotemba Premium Outlets offer a wide range of services including rental of wheelchairs and strollers, lockers, tailoring and delivery services.

You can bring your pets into the shopping center, if you follow the rules, but you are not allowed to bring them into the stores.

We recommend that you check the SERVICES page beforehand.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners cards are accepted at most stores.

The biggest available lockers are 80cm high x 35.5cm wide x 48cm deep.

Premium Outlets closes only once a year, on the third Thursday in February.

Visitors who make purchases of ¥10,000 and above (not including tax) and can produce their passport can enjoy duty-free shopping at the shops listed below.

If you are visiting by minibus or coach, you will need to make a parking reservation in advance.

By fax: Print out the group reservation form, fill it in and fax it to 0550-81-3120.
