Premium Outlets^®?

The Premium Outlets portfolio is the world's largest collection of upscale outlet centers bringing together the finest designer labels and name brands in unique and distinctive settings offering 25 to 65 percent every day. The collection includes 52 Premium Outlet Centers^® including 41 in the United States, one in Puerto Rico, eight in Japan, one in Korea and one in Mexico. What kind of services are available at Premium Outlet Centers^®?

Premium Outlet Centers offer a wide range of services including stroller and wheelchair rentals, baby rooms, lockers, tailoring and shipping services. Visit each center's Services page for more information. If you have questions regarding the availability of a service contact, please call the center of choice directly.

Can I use a credit card?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners cards are accepted at most stores.

Where can I store my suitcase?

Lockers are available at each Premium Outlet Center below.

Premium Outlets is closed on the third Thursday in February. Sendai Izumi Premium Outlets is closed on January 1.

Is public transportation available?

Premium Outlet Centers are served by public transportation. You may access services by train or highway bus. Visit each center's Directions & Transportation page for more information.

How much does parking cost?

Parking is free at Premium Outlet Centers with the exception of Rinku Premium Outlets^®.*

* Parking is free at Rinku Premium Outlets^® for the first hour and 300 yen for each additional hour. If you spend at least 3,000 yen in a single purchase at one store, parking is free for three hours. See store for parking voucher.

Do Premium Outlet Centers offer barrier free facilities?

Can I bring my pets to Premium Outlets?

Pets are allowed at the centers provided that you observe the center's guidelines on pets. However, pets are not allowed in stores.

Can this website help me locate a specific item from an individual store?

Each store is individually owned and operated and we do not have direct access to each store's merchandise and pricing. Store phone numbers are provided on each center's store listings page so that you can contact the stores directly.

Are there any duty-free shops?

Enjoy duty-free shopping at select stores and centers listed below. Visitors are eligible if you make a purchase of ¥10,000 or more (not including tax). Must present your passport at time of purchase.
