The Information Center provides various information and answers visitors' queries. Stroller rental and wheelchair rental are also available.
STROLLER RENTAL
Strollers can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center.
A deposit of 1,000 yen is required, but this will be refunded when you return the stroller.
Appropriate age
Age 1 month to approx. 3 years (up to 100cm tall)
Type A strollers and 3-wheel buggies are available.
- To ensure safe use of the strollers, there are restrictions on height as well as age.
- Please return the stroller to the same Information Center where you borrowed it.
- No advance reservations. Please note that occasionally all the strollers may be in use.
- * Strollers (for age 2 months to 36 months) with coin-operated locking mechanism are available at the entrance next to Café 31, in front of Family Ground. Insert a 100yen coin to release the stroller. (The deposit is returned upon return of the stroller.)
KIDS ROOM
Open to both men and women.

5 nursing rooms (women only), Play Corner, crib, children's toilet, microwave, water heater, vending machine (for diapers, etc.)
WHIEELCHAIR RENTAL
Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge from the Information Center.
A total of 5 wheelchairs are available; 3 self-propelled type, 2 attendant-propelled type.
Please note that strollers should be returned no later than fifteen minutes before closing.

- 8 large lockers (H:78cm / W:35cm / D:49cm) 500 yen
- 12 medium lockers (H:51cm / W:35cm / D:43cm) 400 yen
- Lockers are available from 9:30 to 21:00.
BABY ROOM
Located in the Information Center.(Women Only)
Baby Room:
3 rooms with shared sofa
Facilities:
Microwave, changing table, hot water, vending machine (for diapers, etc.)
DIAPER CHANGING FACILITIES
Available in each of the six restrooms and in the Baby Room.
TAILORING
Accepted at 'Mama's Reform', located next to the Food Gallery.
(There is a charge for tailoring)
DELIVERY SERVICE
Accepted at 'Mama's Reform' located next to the Food Gallery, Items can be delivered only to address within Japan.
(There is a charge for delivery)
AUTOMATIC VENDING MACHINES
Located next to the Food Gallery. Sanitary towels, disposable cameras, nappies (diapers), stockings etc., are available.(Items available vary depending on location.)

FIRST-AID STATION
If you are unwell or injured, please inform the nearest attendant or contact the Information Center. We will be happy to assist you.There is no doctor or nurse on duty.

Cell phone chargers are available for use inside the Information Center for a small fee (¥100 for 20 minutes' charge)

Parking Facilities
Disabled parking facilities are available. Our parking attendants will be happy to assist you with priority entry.

Slopes
All passageways have slopes for wheelchairs.
Guide Dogs and Service Dogs
Guide dogs and service dogs are welcome in all stores, restaurants and cafes.
TO PET OWNERS
You are allowed to bring pets into the shopping center, but entry to stores (with some exceptions) is not permitted.
Please keep in mind that other visitors may dislike or be allergic to animals, and observe the following guidelines.
- Do not allow your pet to cause injury to other visitors (especially children).
- Fierce dogs are not allowed.
- Leave your pet with a responsible companion while you are shopping.
- Pets are not allowed into the stores, with the exception of the Pet Paradise.
- The owner is responsible for collecting and disposing of pet waste.
- Do not tie up your pet at the entrance to stores.
- Keep your pet on a leash.
Observing the above guidelines to pet etiquette will enable you and other visitors to enjoy shopping at Premium Outlets®.
SMOKING
Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas, where ashtrays are provided. Visitors are requested to refrain from smoking while walking around the shopping center.
A smoking area is provided next to Banana Republic.
